Tour guide commissions
Reward referrals and easily account for tourism turnover.
With the Arcavis module for tour guide commissions, you can record turnover from tourism groups transparently and fairly. Tour guides automatically receive a defined commission for brokered purchases, while tourists benefit from special provisions. The process is fully integrated into the POS system and can be operated without any additional effort.
An individual reference code or barcode is used to identify the travel group. This is recorded at the point of sale and assigned to the corresponding tour guide. In the back office, all turnover and commissions due can be clearly displayed, adjusted and exported as a report - ideal for billing or as a confirmation of receipt.

Incoming payments in ISO 20022 format from your bank are automatically read in and assigned to the corresponding invoices. This saves you time, avoids errors and keeps your outstanding receivables under control at all times.
